The kids love to get me socks in the morning when my feet are cold and they love to put them on themselves too! They will laugh about it for hours.
This is how Trevor and Abby helped me fold laundry this day
Here they thought that they were putting on our pants, close enough. Carter didn't want shorts on but he sure wanted to be by his best friends.
P.S. Notice my new bed. I just got it and I love it. I still have to find pillows!

Here are some cute pictures that I thought might be enjoyable.
Pictures: aunt Cami with our three little munchkins(first 2), Trevor and Carter reading a story together, Carter talking on the phone, Trevor feeding Jamie (a little girl we were babysitting), Carter's messy face from eating dirt, kids at the dinosaur museum in Laramie, Carter playing on the rocks, Trevor is king of the rock, Abby climbing on rocks in Laramie, Carter eating chocolate cake, Dad playing ball with the kids, Trevor's 1st day of school, Abby wanting to go to school.
Hope you enjoy! Sorry that I don't know how to put the description with the picture.

our first stitches incident (almost)
On Sunday the kids and I were in the Bridger Valley to be with my little sister Cami because my parents were out of town. They went to Arizona to visit my other little sister, Nikki. Anyway, I had forgotten to bring church clothes so we spent the morning going from house to house (all of my wonderful cousins who were so kind to share, thank you) trying to find clothes. We found clothes and got all ready for church on time even. We were sitting down waiting for church to start and Abigail was trying to get up on the bench. She slipped and smacked her face on the hymn book holder. Now Abby falls a lot and she is a very tough girl. She started to cry but I didn't think much of it. I was feeding Carter his bottle and I calmly told her to come here and I would kiss it better. Well she looked up at me and blood was gushing. I quickly handed Carter to Cami and ran Abby to the bathroom. After cleaning up the blood we found that her teeth had gone through her bottom lip (at least 3 teeth). It looked so painful but she was so so tough. I had no idea what to do, I didn't want to drive clear to Evanston for them to tell me it didn't need stitched, but on the other hand if it did need stitched I wanted to get her there quick. So I held her and calmed her down until she fell asleep. I decided to wait until sacrament was over and then I would ask the local vet if he thought stitches were needed. So that is what I did and he actually told me he wouldn't suggest it because of the location the stitches would make it scar worse. Lips usually heal fast so he told me not to. I was relieved to hear that. Abby came with me to sunday school and then she wanted to go play in nursery. She is so tough. She had fun in nursery and even ate the snacks. I wanted to get a picture because they help the story but she would not let me near it. He poor lip was so fat. She will finally let you look at it close but she still says it is sore.

Trevor wears 12 mo clothes!
Yesterday was a busy and crazy morning and I may have made a mistake. We have been having some plumbing problems and we have not been able to find a plumber that would come and check it out. So I decided to tackle it myself, and I found the problem quickly. There was a washcloth in the pipe. I don't want to get into a lot of details but all of the stuff from my kitchen sink was backed up in my bathtub. So you can imagine how gross it was when it all came out. Luckily our basement isn't finished and it is just concrete floor (a lot easier to clean than carpet). Anyway, to make a long story shorter, we had a huge mess and we all needed a bath really bad. I was also trying to hurry and get laundry done so Trevor would have something to wear to preschool (his first day). Well preschool started at noon and we usually don't eat until 12:00 or 12:30. At 11:20 I decided we needed to get going so I pulled a pair of pants and shirt out of the washer and put them in the dryer with the dry towels so it would dry the clothes for Trevor faster. Then I put Trevor in the kitchen sink for a bath with a hot dog in hand so he could be ready to go to preschool. We were still getting him dressed when Jill showed up to pick him up(We carpool to make it easier). So we got him off to preschool just in time and I was feeling a little bit more under control. When Trevor got home from preschool I decided I should take his picture since we didn't have time before. He kept raising his hands and his tummy would poke out. I didn't think much about it other than, "that is a new shirt and I thought I bought it big." Well, I later realized when I was folding laundry that I was folding the 3T t-shirt. I told Trevor to come here and told him that he was wearing Carter's shirt! He thought that was so funny and he was really excited to tell Dad. I have been buying the boys matching shirts because it is so cute and Trevor really likes to match his brother. So yeah, I made a mistake. I put my baby's shirt on my three year old. Oops! I am just glad that it was okay because he really wanted to wear that shirt and if it would have been any smaller I would have had to make him wear something else. I guess having really little kids is a blessing sometimes because they can wear their clothes for a really long time!

Trevor started Preschool
On Monday we all went to Trevor's preschool for the grand tour and welcome and today he started preschool! We are so excited that we got him in right at the last minute. Glenna Sumsion is a highly favored preschool teacher in this area and her classes fill up really fast. We had heard that her classes were full so we just decided not to do preschool this year. I happened to run into Glenna two weeks ago and just asked if she had an opening and she had one three year old spot left! We were so excited.
